923-Non fatal uncorrectable PCI error on PCI-E Slot 4 NFAT_COR_Err_1012:PEX - Reciever Error (correctable)?

-Can someone help me with this error? ,My computer keeps on hanging up especially when i play graphic intensive games like, COD 4-7, Command and Conquer Red alert 3. it all started when i played HAWKX, it hanged up then started showing these error code "923-Non fatal uncorrectable PCI error on PCI-E Slot 4 NFAT_COR_Err_1012:PEX - Reciever Error (correctable)" and every after starting up any game it suddenly hangs up and then the monitor tells me "DVI cable No signal" then my computer restarts on itself. i have already searched that the problem is with my video card (Nvidia 220GT),i think it all started when the temperature was high here in the phillipines and that it overheated my video card and that started all these problems. What do you guys think i can do???
