I don't have the laptop yet so i cant use "can you run it"yes.. you have more than required for most flight sims. It's a sim you should try if you're looking for a professional flight simulator.Yes it should be able to run. The basic to do is to know the requirements of the game..I am very sure yes, you can do it and run it well. The specifications seem pretty strong and you should also download RegInOut Cleaner to improve its performance.
