Which LED monitor is best?

-I am looking for 20" LED monitor. I have seen two LED monitors. One is of DELL & other is of Samsung. both having same features. So i am confuse which one to buy. Please suggest.Samsung (if you ask me out of two, Dell has the DCR dynamic rate less then Samsung)
lg , samsung or dell led monitor are best.....mostly i will prefer you dell led monitor.
