Is cyberpowerpc.com a good site to buy computers from?

-I've heard good and bad things about this site. The good parts are that they are extremely reliable they are cheaper than other sites the do great repairs and ship out quickly. Then I've heard the complete opposite that their computers die quickly it takes 2 months for repairs to finish when the repaired pc comes back it dies again days later. Someone please help sort this out.
