Can somebody build me or tell me if this custom desktop build is any good?

-I've had many issues with my HP so I want to build my own custom desktop for gaming (primarily) and multimedia. Can you please tell me if this build is any good and if there is anything better? It seems like the built is great and you don't need to change anything. However you need to add somethings. get a good HEATSINK as that will cool off your cpu and allow it to last longer, also you can really get that cpu to 4ghz if u overclock. Also get external TB drive, i will explain why. It keeps your computer running faster if u have an external drive and only use the main drive for the operating system. Also if u ever so happen to come across a problem where u are force to re install the operating system. Everything is saved on the external drive and all u have to do is reformat the internal drive. Your build is great. im pretty sure u can build one for less than $1200.It's great, if you use the computer a lot you should consider getting a larger hard drive, but that's about it. Looks like you've done your research!
